The staff at Bryant Health & Rehab doesn't change our dad's diaper as quickly as we prefer when he uses the bathroom. But other than that, everybody is friendly, and he seems comfortable and likes the food. The staff seems to care, and it didn't have the nursing home atmosphere that a lot of other places do. We are paid by our participating communities, therefore our service is offered at no charge to families. Single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
